Integration Details

The Field Effect MDR integration allows you to populate their proprietary AROs (Actions, Recommendations, and Observations) into HaloPSA as prioritized tickets with simple step-by-step remediation instructions. So, your team will know how to respond and where to focus first.

Upon resolving a ticket in HaloPSA, the corresponding ARO in the Field Effect Portal will also be automatically resolved, and vice versa. Additionally, you can directly communicate with cybersecurity analysts through the HaloPSA portal to seek assistance whenever needed.
