Traceless allows rapid identity verification for end customers via email, SMS, DUO and Microsoft Authenticator. Their data transfer leaves nothing at rest, allowing any team member or customer to effortlessly send or receive text or file data.

The Traceless integration creates a custom tab that can be associated with services tickets, allowing a tech to send sensitive information or files to a customer leaving nothing stored in the ticket, or at rest anywhere in our systems.
