Call Pop-Up for Microsoft Teams


In this guide we will cover:
- Configuring Teams to Launch the Halo Call Screen



This guide takes you through how to configure Microsoft Teams to launch the Halo call screen when answering inbound calls from Teams.


Turn the option on in Teams Admin Centre. 
Voice > Calling Policies > select relevant policy/policies > “URL to open apps in browser for incoming PSTN calls” > “https://CUSTOMERHALOURL/call?callerid={phone}&inboundactive=true".

Enable for individual users on App or Browser, this needs to be done on the same user that the admin account uses, as step 2 will not show until it is configured in the user app. Click into the ellipse beside the initials/ profile picture and then click into settings.

Click into "Calls" on the right hand side and scroll down to Open apps in browser and enable third party apps.

Then enable "Open Apps In Browser".
