Documentation to assist with the setup and configuration of the HaloPSA platform
"My Account" is the hub which allows you find all information around you, your preferences and your account from any page within Halo.
To access "My Account", you can navigate via any page by clicking the "Profile Icon" in the top right of the page, then clicking "My Account".
This will open up the main "My Account" Screen:
From here you can access:
Details: This is the personal information that is stored against the Agent in Halo.
Activity: This is the live feed of current actions of this Agent, such as public and private notes against tickets.
Preferences: This is where you can view/configure permissions, from visual colour schemes to email signatures.
Departments & Teams: View/Edit access to departments, sections and client restrictions with Halo.
Permissions: View/Edit the permissions associated with your account.
Client Restrictions: Add/modify/view any restrictions an agent has on clients.
Access Control: If the agent is not an administrator, their access restrictions can be viewed here. As an administrator, you can set an agents access control here.
You can also change your agent's profile picture by using the 'change profile picture' action in the top.
