Information

The integration between Halo and Level is setup in your Level dashboard. More information can be found here (https://app.level.io/integrations/halo-psa).

Once the integration is setup Devices created in Level are automatically created in Halo and alerts generated by Level are created as Tickets.

Buttons are also added to each device in Halo so that it can be opened in Level and also so that remote access can be launched.
