Halo HQ Office Refurbishment
Earlier this month, Halo began a refurbishment project at its HQ office in Stowmarket, UK. As a rapidly growing organisation, recognised by the Financial Times in its FT1000 list in 2022, we strive to offer our employees a world-class environment with top-tier facilities.
The idea behind this project is to offer a workplace engineered for the future. We want to have a fun environment that employees enjoy being in, with facilities that enable our employees to be as productive as possible. A few sneak peak shots can be seen in this blog post with the image above showing the front entrance, complete with a slide, and the images below displaying the breakout room on the ground floor, as well as a workspace on the upper level. There are many other exciting parts to this project, including a rooftop terrace.
In addition to the employee experience, a driving factor for this project is to become more environmentally friendly. As part of the project, we will incorporate solar panels on the roof of the office to help reduce the amount of non-renewable energy we consume. We will also have several Electric car charging stations available in the car park, promoting the use of electric vehicles at Halo. Furthermore, we will begin to grow our own fruit and vegetables for staff, as well as several other initiatives.
This refurbishment project is set to be complete by the end of 2022. If you are a recent university graduate or are set to graduate in 2023 and are looking to kickstart your career, check out Halo’s Graduate Programme here.
